Schedule
The purpose of our showcase is for athletes to play in a tournament style format so college coaches can watch them play. Finals for 16U & 18U gold will be taking video and published on our YouTube channel at “Get Noticed Beach Volleyball”. Tell family and friends to subscribe and hit the notificartion bell to receive notifications at “Get Noticed Beach Volleyball”. This year we will be allowing parents and players to send in full uncut video from our showcase or highlight videos from any events. There are only a few things that need to happen in order for your video to qualify to be listed on our channel free of charge.

Per the request of college coaches we will open up the 18U division to JUCO players looking to get noticed by college coaches. This includes transfer students who need to play in front of college coaches.
Online Check in time is 7:00am-7:30am
Meeting 7:45am
Start time 8:00am
Format:
Three team pools play a match. (if a 3rd game is needed to 15)
Four team pools play two games to 21. (no third game)
Five team pools play one game to 28
Please note we do our best to not have any 3 teams pools but due to cancelations it is totally out of our control when teams cancel last min.
EVERYONE GOES TO PLAYOFFS!
Playoffs are subject to change based on the number of teams and daylight to finish before sunset. Gold & Silver divisions win medals. Only the gold medal finals will be recorded. Playoffs are subject to change based on the number of teams signed up.
1st seed goes to GOLD
2nd seed goes to SILVER
3rd seed goes to BRONZE
4th seed goes to COPPER
If you are in a five team pool:
1st and 2nd goes to GOLD
3rd goes to SILVER
4th goes to BRONZE
5th goes to COPPER
NO TECHNICAL time outs.
One time out per team.
Five minutes for warm up.
The reffing team is responsible for live scoring and reporting the score. Because college coaches will be using Volleyball Life to follow along it’s important every game is live scoring. The link to the tournament will be listed on our Get Noticed Beach Volleyball instagram account the day of the event.

Coaching Rules:
Club coaches can coach before the game.
After the game.
On time outs called by the athletes.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PLAYER, PARENT, FAMILY MEMBER OR ANYTONE WHO IS NOT BEING RESPECTFUL. AT NO TIME ARE PARENTS ALLOWED TO MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT PLAYS, DO IT AGAIN, THEY DON’T WANT IT, SERVE HER AGAIN, ETC. ANY BEHAVIOR THAT IS NOT RESPECTFUL WILL RESULT IN A FORFIT. ANY COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT. PARENTS COACHING IS NOT ALLOWED.
NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT THE EVENT.
